Our Peer Support Team
A Mental Health Peer Supporter uses their own lived experience with mental health challenges and recovery to guide, encourage, and empower others on their journeys. Through empathy, understanding, and hope, they help people navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, connect to community resources, and develop personal recovery goals.
